Services
To support your meetings and conferences, we can offer you a selection of services for rent: presentation case, flipchart, pinboard, DVD player, projector and projection screens.

Free WiFi is available throughout our dialog.hotel.wien, also outdoors.

Our auditorium is equipped with interpreting facilities, so that we can promote dialogue across language barriers. Should you wish to host a multi-language event on our premises, we look forward to supporting you.

Food and beverages
Our kitchen offers a  choice of well-balanced menus and seminar buffets, in tune with your schedules. Choose a hot or cold buffet for your event, as a welcome change, maybe even at the end of the day?

Are you looking for a venue for your certified GREEN EVENT?
Am Spiegeln dialog.hotel.wien is the place for you!

For a number of years now we hold the Austrian Eco-label Österreichisches Umweltzeichen and thus enable our guests to have their meetings and conferences certified as GREEN EVENTs . The (German) questionnairee takes you through the first steps. Please feel free to contact us and we will support you having your eco event certified.

We appreciate all our efforts made by our guests to ensure a sustainable use of natural resources. Whoever arrives by use of public transport will receive a glass of Ribes natural juice as a welcome gift – all you have to do is present your ticket at the reception! 

Guests wishing to use the green space around our dialog.hotel.wien are welcome to do so! Upon request we also serve refreshments outdoors.
